Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develops Site Development Plan and budget, obtains approval from client.
  • Manages A&E Vendors for all A&E services 
  • Regularly evaluates A&E Vendor work load and coordinates w/A&E Lead 
  • Executes Project Plan, regularly monitoring and measuring quality of vendors, ensures forecasts are accurate,  ensures projected dates are met,  timely receipt of deliverables, and overall accordance with the Project Plan and Schedule.
  • Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements.
  • Executes Quality Plan - ensures accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to client.
  • Resolve changes in scope of work, identify conflicts within the scope of work and communicate with all parties involved in the project.
  • Manage the issuance and receipt of purchase orders for A&E Vendors.
  • Coordinate and Deploy with other internal teams to ensure that A&E Deliverables are on track while  discussing site specific issues as needed.

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
