The Business Development Manager / Account Manager (Information Technology Staffing Industry) is integral in prospecting, planning, and executing effective strategies in selling PEAK? s services to corporate customers. You will be expected to properly identify and qualify business opportunities, network with others in the industry and become a strategic partner of multiple corporations based on hiring needs and company growth strategy.
We are looking for an individual with 2-5 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably selling Information Technology staffing services), who has an insatiable desire to succeed, and strong networking and relationship-building skills. With our managers you will go through an intensive 90-day training period before you are put in front of customers to build business.

Job Duties Include:
Penetrating current client accounts by leveraging internal relationships in an effort to get additional business and growing accounts.
Identifying, contacting and developing viable prospects in order to create new business relationships and continuously break new accounts.
Conducting reference checks and follow-up on all sales leads.
Partnering with client to obtain qualified job requisitions and submitting qualified candidates that meet or exceed Client? s needs.
Conducting client visits locally and regionally as required to build Client relationships.
Plan and execute effective sales strategy to meet or exceed profit and growth targets.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing stellar service and rapid resolution of issues.
Develop and deliver concise, compelling sales messages, proposals and sales presentations.
Maintain a keen understanding of the latest technology, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends. Gather marketplace information by networking with current clients. Use this knowledge to serve as knowledge broker to clients.
Update and maintain client records in PEAK? s database.
Must have a desire to build a career in sales
Bachelor? s degree required; Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, IT related field preferred.
Prior experience in service-oriented sales is preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character
A desire to learn, teach, and lead
