Job Description
- Overview and develop sophisticated industrial controlling methodologies collaborating with the Class A OEM Operations and IT team.
- Team working with all the Production Managers supporting them in any industrial analysis, industrial KPI production and review, costs simulations, monthly closings, budget/forecasting processes, etc etc.
- Proactive in monitoring and identify risk or opportunity to be highlighted to the FLC local Management
- Cooperate with the FLC Class A HQ and FLC Division Controller.
Experience:
- Industrial accounting background in multi plants organization
- Knowledge of production process in complex industries companies
- Experience in product costing, stock evaluation, cost analysis, variance analysis
- Good financial and economics skill
- Team working Skills
- Knowledge of the reporting and control systems and methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the highest possible quality of industrial accounting and a complete industrial reporting system;
- Strong focus on the improvement of the productivity and cost saving actions
- Develop, implement and standardize industrial accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure the respect of due date for monthly closing and industrial reporting availability
- Capex analysis ensuring good control on cash out for tangible and intangible assets with strong control on appropriation request approval flow
- Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control
- Product costing overview (Standard and actual)
- Cooperate in Budgeting and Forecasting activities in compliance with the activities and phases defined at corporate level
