Be the “ face” of the Company in the candidate market with the utmost professional and engaging conduct.

Utilize innovative and creative networking methods, in addition to conventional outreach methods, to reach high-potential candidates in a competitive market.

Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate offers based upon a number of different complex factors.

Operate and advise Senior Management on employee development and retention programs.

Create and modify accurate technical and non-technical job descriptions.

Perform routine HR functions including compliance, on-/outboarding, benefits, and policy maintenance.

Maintain employee profiles in a custom Personnel Management database application.



A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate qualitative skills for the aforementioned responsibilities of this position, and in addition, possess the following quantitative requirements:

A Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited university.

A minimum spread of 2-5 years of applied experience with a mix of recruiting, personnel development, and HR duties.

Prior experience with technical recruitment is a plus!

Previous HR certification is also a plus!



Percentage: 0-5%


Additional Information

The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment background verification.

Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be US Citizens, or Permanent Residents of the United States.

Relocation is not available for this position.


Physical Requirements

The position will require that the employee frequently sit, move/walk around, use both hands, and occasionally kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include the ability to focus close-up, and at distance; in addition to the use of color and peripheral vision, and depth perception.
