  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tasks related to the daily operation of buses, including customer service and employee relations.
  • Verify that all route information is constantly updated, resolve schedule problems to ensure that all routes are covered.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of two years of experience in an operations or customer service position and be comfortable using a computer
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills, especially  Excel, are necessary
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Able to use routing and GPS software.
  • Ability to guide drivers in case of detours and ensure the safety of Bus drivers and passengers.
  • You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Able to learn the routes, stops and entire operations.
  • Bus industry experience and having mechanical skills & CDL are preferred but not required.
  • Must be flexible with schedule.
  • Must be able to handle two way radios.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate.
  • Communicates job status with managers, supervisors, technicians and drivers.
