Job Description
Looking for a Supervising Electrical Engineer to help lead electrical and control systems designs for water pumping and treatment plants, stormwater facilities, industrial equipment upgrades, and a variety of public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Five or more years of experience designing 480V power distribution and motor controls for industrial facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Experience in public works construction projects.
Typical duties will include:
- Electrical and controls designs for industrial equipment.
- Supervision of CAD designers in production of design drawings.
- Calculations for voltage drop, conduit fill, and load schedules.
- Sizing and specifications for power and control cables.
- Preparation of motor control schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Lighting designs.
