Job Description
SUMMARY
The Electromechanical Assembler is primary responsible for fitting and assembling electromechanical equipment and machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble mechanical or electronic components and subassemblies: Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Perform electromechanical assembly using small hand tools, soldering irons and crimpers
- Performs housekeeping and clean up duties upon completion of assigned tasks
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2 years’ experience as an assembler of electro-mechanical assemblies.
- High School Diploma or GED
- J-STD-001 Certification preferred
- Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards a plus
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to occasionally work extended hours
- Good dexterity and skill in use of hand tools
- Good visual perception and ability to distinguish between colors.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Understands company basic philosophy and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wire lists in English
- Must have good communication skills and ability to read and follow instructions written in English
Salary: $20.00- $25.00/Hour
