Job Description
Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager of development projects you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the department’s development projects including technical supervision, scheduling, Purchasing as well as transitioning the products to production once the development is done. You will also interact with vendors and customers and be involved in design work when needed.
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- 7+ years’ experience in design of electronic circuits, FPGAs and PCBs, product development and supervision, manufacturing of electronic products and manufacturing cost reduction
- Experience debugging prototypes using test equipment
- Proven time management skills and demonstrated efficiency in providing engineering support on multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to create and manage electrical specifications, test procedures and manufacturing instructions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated people skills, both inside and outside the project team
- Ability to motivate and develop professionals to achieve their highest proficiency
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects
Salary: $120,000.00- $140,000.00/Year
