Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Improve existing formulations and develop new formulations for inks, pastes, adhesives, and polymer composites. 
  • Train and manage operators and technicians for daily R&D works.
  • Manage material production, inventory, and quality control for incoming and outgoing materials.

Qualification and Requirements:
  • Education:  Typically requires a Bachelors degree, Masters degree or PhD in Materials Science
  • BS or MS degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science or Engineering.
  • Working Experiences: four or more years with BS degree and two or more years with MS degree.
  • 2-5 years in industrial formulation or related positions, specialized in formulations of materials (Ink, paste, paint, coating materials, adhesive, polymer composite system).
  • Hands on experience in UV curing systems is a plus.  
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand and follow the safety rules and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently, using pre-established guidelines and/or instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to work well with fellow employees.
  • Organized, detail-oriented team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
