Job Description
PEAK is looking for a Medical Device Assembler for a client in Itasca, IL. You must have experience with some technical and Electro/mechanical skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will help with assembly and reassembly of existing medical products to improve production
- Assist in dispensing of parts, components or material
- Interact with team members to meet/exceed production needs/schedule, as defined by management
- Assist in other manufacturing areas and activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Require strong oral, written, interpersonal, and skills in English
- Must be able to operate the following equipment: a personal computer, printer and copier
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability to work with hand tools and do E/M work at basic level.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one(1) year experience in a medical device company preferred
- The ability to communicate articulately, in English, both verbally and in written materials is required
- Ability to recognize problems, and communicate problems to their supervisor
- Must be flexible and work with remote facilities/instructions
