PEAK is looking for a Regional Senior Sales Engineer for our clients in the Santa Clara, CA. area. This person needs to be local. The Senior Sales Engineers purpose is to effectively develop and execute sales of factory custom test equipment solutions, Mechanical Design Solutions, and Automation Solutions; products and services in assigned consumer electronics accounts. He/She is involved from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover. Also, the Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for analyzing the customer’s needs with respect to our product offerings and propose solutions to the consumer electronics customers to help them achieve their objectives. Importantly, responsibly maintaining relationships with assigned accounts and developing new accounts.

  • Sales of business solutions based on custom test equipment, Mechanical Design, Automation Hardware Products/Solutions and Services within Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. in the consumer electronics space.

  • Effectively conduct customer presentations throughout all levels of the customer’s organization.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships throughout all levels of the customer’s organization.

  • Liaising with others in the sales, program management, engineering, clients, and contractors.

  • New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting.

  • Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us.


  • Strong working knowledge and experience working with Consumer Electronics customer related to technical/custom engineering solutions

  • Self-management and multi-tasking skills.

  • Technical knowledge about custom test and full automation products/solutions.

  • Presentation, verbal and written communications skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Mandarin speaking is a plus


  • BSME, BSEE or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience selling Consumer Electronics solutions within Customized Test Systems, Mechanical Design and Automation Solutions that increase customer profitability.
