Primary Purpose:

This position is a highly technical role that is the first line in the resolution of customer related manufacturing yield, product performance, development, and secure new design-in opportunities.

Essential Duties:
  • Work within Marketing and Engineering team to coordinate outbound marketing efforts for the product ranges sold through retailers and dealers
  • Manage catalog layouts and product information with engineering and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Manage development of marketing collateral, presentations, product specification sheets, product packaging, operation manuals, product labeling and other elements necessary to support product manufacturing.
  • Ensure product information and marketing collateral are current and key word searches, interactive demonstrations, up sell/cross sell and other online merchandising tools are utilized effectively
  • Shoot and manage product photography and videos
  • Help drive enhancements, improvements and cost reductions to products
  • Assist in the development, implementation and management of websites and content
  • Manage sales samples and prototypes for product sales presentations, trade shows, and customer events
  • Assist with the logistics and coordination of trade show activities
  • Lead projects assigned both individually or within a team environment
  • Bring value to the organization by offering sounds business ideas and suggestions
  • Deliver on assigned projects with quality work in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Experience in manipulating data within Microsoft Excel is essential and importing into Microsoft Access.   Strong computer skills required.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
  • Highly organized with detail and results orientated.
  • Must be adept at handling pressure in various situations and working well under deadlines.
  • Experience with tool and equipment manufacturing categories extremely helpful.


  • 5+ years of product experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in engineering field.
