Our client is looking for a recruiting/ talent acquisition support person for a 4 month contract. 

Responsibilities include the following:
  • Coordinate the communication of all open positions  to agencies/external ad placement.
  • Ads placed externally:  review online and conduct initial phone screens.
  • Manage screening process.
  • Manage on-boarding process (WD/new hire paperwork).
  • Update reports for weekly meetings.
  • Schedule new hire on-boarding classes (LG to complete the class).
  • File/organize on-boarding paperwork.

  • 2+ years recruitment or temp agency experience.
  • Experience qualifying leads through phone screens/interviewing, etc.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal  and written.
  • Experience with a Talent Management software.

Shift Information:
  • Flex working hours – 30-40 hours per week and can be an 8: 00 or 9: 00 am start time.
